LEANDRA FISHMAN

Leandra Fishman comes from a background as a Silicon Valley based Senior Vice President with responsibilities spanning from sales and marketing to operational roles with 20 plus years experience in building high performance teams for Fortune 500 companies and early stage start ups. After leaving the corporate environment she created her own consulting business and has become a sought after and accomplished executive consultant working for venture capital firms and private investors in the Valley. In her consulting work, she has specialized in seeking both new business opportunities and to grow existing businesses for her clients. Her strong understanding of both enterprise and consumer markets in hardware, software and service organizations has allowed her to deliver outstanding results in both domestic and international markets.

Ms. Fishman’s excellent analytical and assessment skills focus on three key areas: people, process and products.  Her depth of sales expertise has led her to key executive positions in large corporations designing sales funnels and directing sales teams of several hundred employees with a proven reputation to deliver increases to the bottom line in the high pressure, rapidly changing technology sector.

While most sales executives do not venture into other arenas of business management, she stands out by also possessing strong operational drive which has enabled her to create and implement effective strategic business plans across many successful companies such as Palm, EMC and Jive Software.  She has also led teams that have built up new ventures like VMLogix, positioning this small company for acquisition by Citrix Systems. Her leadership style is based on collaboration and communication combined with result oriented goals. Setting a high bar, ensuring accountability and providing positive motivation has allowed her to take teams to another level.
